REET 2024 Age Limit, Eligibility
Age Limit: There is no age restriction for applying to the BSER REET Exam 2024. However, an age limit may apply when applying for the REET Mains Exam for teaching positions.
Eligibility for REET 2024
Level-I (PRT) Eligibility for Classes I–V:
- Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks, and either passed or currently in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, as per NCTE (2002) regulations.
- Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks, and either passed or currently in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
- Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks, and either passed or currently in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
- Graduation with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
Level-II (TGT) Eligibility for Classes VI–VIII:
- Graduation and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, either completed or in the final year.
- At least 50% marks in either Graduation or Post Graduation, along with completion of or enrollment in the final year of a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
- Graduation with at least 45% marks and a 1-year B.Ed., as per NCTE regulations.
- Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks, and either passed or currently in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
- Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks, and either passed or currently in the final year of a 4-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.
- Graduation or Post Graduation with at least 50% marks, along with a B.Ed. in Special Education, completed or in the final year.

How to Apply REET Registration Form 2025
- Online Registration: First, visit the official REET website and click on “New User” to register yourself. Fill in the required details and obtain your User ID and Password.
- Fill Out the Application Form: Log in and open the application form. Enter your personal information, educational qualifications, and other necessary details.
